[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate communication services and software and inmate telephone system for capable of completing station to-station collect and prepaid/debit calls from inmates to both touch-tone and rotary dial telephones, programmable to ensure call blocking to at least
1,000,000 individual number entries, active acceptance by the called party before a call is connected, able to distinguish between public and non-public charges, capable of providing a voice print type recognition system for the authorization of inmate calls, capability of the system to restrict aspects of inmate calling privileges and whether or not such restrictions can be imposed globally, by site, by cell or housing unit, by of Inmate PIN and voice recognition, by telephone, by called number.
- allow the inmate to communicate with the called party until the called party has actively accepted the call.
- allow call blocking of specific numbers by inmate PIN, telephones, or group of telephones.
- capability to permit the called party to block all future calls from a correctional facility. - ability to communicate with the called party until the call has been accepted.
- Billing must not begin until the called party actively accepts the call.
- able to manually and immediately shut down the system in case of emergency, allowing all calls in progress to be completed before system shutdown if desired.
- maintain a minimum of 6-months of call recording online
- Facility personnel must be able to search call recordings by dialled number, date, time, inmate account, or site ID.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on July 22, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
