[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide access control system for integrated into the main controller located at the front office area, get new readers, door contacts, rex devices and electric hardware, monitor the door position, as well as be alerted if a door is propped open and emailed and a text message generated that includes the exact location of the door problem to the government authority located in Eaton Rapids, MI.
- wide-area network fiber connection between the High School MDF and all other building locations
- wireless access points equipment for its infrastructure
- clearly understood by the bidder that the user of brand names and numbers in the specifications is to establish standards and styles of products that have been judges to meet the needs up to this point
- network infrastructures to communicate
- All setup, maintenance, and interaction with the system shall be accomplished with no interaction with the operating system or directory structure
- browser-based accessibility to all Appliance applications, without the mandated requirement of a dedicated client workstation including Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Internet Explorer
- support integration with 3rd party subsystems through use of its collaboration interface
- Automatically send an email message to a recipient.
(2) A Mandatory vendor election to bid deadline will be held on July 19, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2019.
