[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide ethics legal counsel services for reviewing the ethics ordinance, providing advisory opinions with regard to conflicts of interests or other ethical matters and consider any such matter from the authority as it relates to ethical standards and practices of the authority which may arise from time to time to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
(2) A pre-response question must be submitted no later than June 20, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
