[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide event system for manage client bookings from scheduling of spaces, estimating, client contract(s), floor plans, work orders, inventory management, resource management, invoicing, payment collection, as well as financial and management reporting, ability to define & edit event record with configurable attributes, create event work order with predefined tasks assigned to a specific person or role and due date, event diaries to track activities and follow ups, ability to create free-form content, ability to configure additional fields / behavior as needed, ability to define an event’s ‘tick-list’ to communicate what has been done and what’s left to do, ability to capture billable line items, ability to capture reason when existing data is changed, create a chart of accounts that links inventory items with accounting general ledger coding, generate a day’s outstanding list and automatically email the past due invoices to the client, ability to create and manage facility inventory, create and manage internal and external event documentation, ability to create and maintain data sheets to document that is a summary of various event data points distributed to all involved resources supporting an event, create & manage a visual layout of a facility / event floor plan, ability to create and manage an event’s layout, ability to share with external resources; non-system users such as event clients, create and view event data in a calendar format, ability to schedule an event within the calendar space, create and manage various workflows related to the event lifecycle, create and maintain concepts used to manage event data, create and maintain concepts used to manage event data, import data from the current solution, ability to capture, summarize and report on client lifecycle data, able to provide technical and troubleshooting support for typical software issues and development and execution of all test plans to assure that the system delivers the expected results.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
