[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide supplementary microsoft engineer and technician services to the government authority located in Warren, MI.
- The engineers and technicians may be assigned break-fix remediation tasks, scheduled system configuration changes or upgrades, performance tuning, O/S patches and new system installations
- The Technicians and engineers will work with, and take direction from, various Macomb IT staff
- Disruptive tasks will be scheduled to take place outside of normal business hours
- The engineers and technicians may be called upon to provide full day support of specific technologies during periods of prolonged vacancies, vacations or other times where existing staff cannot meet the demands of the organization
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 25, 2019.
