[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and interior design services to the government authority located in Warren, MI.
- Civil engineering primarily stormwater planning
- Structural Engineering
- Kitchen design working with the food specialist
- A schematic design for the new facility, incorporating conceptual design and the latest thinking in the field of educational environments
- Recommendations relative to the installation of different building systems, including environmental considerations indoor air quality, ventilation, passive solar daylighting and relevant building materials, high efficiency glazing, etc.
- Specific drawings and detailed engineering and construction drawings that will serve as the basis for both bidding and construction by the construction manager
- Regular site observations of the contractor and subcontractors during the construction phase, and sign-off on construction drawings to assure that scheduled payments are made, with appropriate holdbacks
- Final sign-off on the project, assuring that the final project represents what was originally conceptualized and captured in the working drawings
(2) A walk through will be held on June 20, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 20, 2019.
