[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide lottery research services including the following to the government authority located in Michigan.
- Player tracking study and brand research activities
- Product research
- User experience research services
- Customer experience measurement and scoring
- Marketing impact research services.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 28, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be four years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
