[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing branding and advertise services.
- Building messaging that can be used across various channels
- Build upon and the believe in the change campaign and develop print, online video, digital and radio advertising
- A branding refresh and evolution in the third year, as we conclude our five-year district transformation
- Media planning and buying: placement recommendations, media negotiations, media buys, optimization and reporting
- Creative and design services to support media and ad placement
- Ongoing tracking and reporting of the agency brand, measuring overall effectiveness and performance of the in-market communications
- Ability to work seamlessly with teams to identify and leverage knowledge and resources.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
