[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology managed services to respond to business needs
for timely, agile and effective IT services to support the changes of the city’s operations and the pace of technology changes to the government authority located in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
- Information Technology Managed Services including Insured to CITY requirements, Experienced and qualified managed service provider, Certified in Microsoft and Cisco products administration where appropriate, Proficient in Sophos XG Firewalls and Net motion Mobility VPN solutions, Have the names of all personnel on file with LEIN Services of Michigan State Police as having passed background check to meet CJIS requirements, All employees with physical and/or logical access to CITY networks and data must have completed CJIS Security Awareness Training levels 1 – 4 and be able to provide documentation, Interface, coordinate and collaborate with other technology providers where appropriate.
- Service Desk Support an average of twenty (20) support calls per month, vendor shall provide end user and backend application support, the vendor will enter into a service level agreement (SLA) meeting business needs as outlined by the city, support can be received via phone, e-mail,
or desktop management software, vendor support technicians must possess relevant knowledge,
certifications, manuals, and troubleshooting guides in order to determine if the issue can be resolved at their level or if the issue needs to be escalated to a level II/III, vendor shall provide monthly status reports when requested, detailing the services provide.
- Network Infrastructure Monitoring and Network Administration consists of the following devices 8 Managed switches (Cisco/various models), 8 Servers (Active Directory, File Server, Exchange, SQL, IIS etc.), 2 Firewalls (Sophos XG UTM), multiple ISPs/WANs, 37 total workstations, VPN capabilities – Net motion, Ubiquiti Wi-Fi APs and Controller, IP Security Camera System, ShoreTel VOIP phone system, managed by a third-party vendor.
- Network Administration shall provide a network managed service that ensures visibility into the entirety of IT infrastructure operations, cisco-certified engineers to provide them expertise to design, implement, and maintain city networks, manage the network for security concerns, growth
and changing infrastructure requirements.
- Security Policy reviews including but not limited to access management, password management, remote access/multifactor authentication, active directory management, personnel training/guidance, internet content filtering, software deployment standards.
- Professional Services including desktop support, server support, infrastructure support, network support and audit support.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 30, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
