[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Communications and Subject Matter Expert Training Consultant Services to provide high quality messaging, media, and interview coaching to ITP Managers, Executive Team, and Communications Team in order to assist them in sharing information with internal and external audiences, and to share and procedure building expertise and guidance to the Communications Manager in reviewing and building appropriate policies and procedures for the department and organization. As part of this training, the trainer may simulate realistic interviews or situations and share best practices for subject matter experts.
- To cover concepts that are central to every strong media interview, which might include relevant examples showing practical examples of good and bad performances;
- To share a structured preparation process to develop ideas and resources for participants that might cover messaging, proof points, news angles, and more;
- To cover best practice and techniques for media appearances, including difficult situations and live interviews;
- To provide participants with communications best practices that they can draw on in their daily work;
- To provide individual assessment and expert feedback and learning points on strengths and weaknesses of identified participants after the training;
- To strengthen and finalize policies and procedures governing overall communications at the ITP.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 14, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
