[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide coordinator services to the government authority located in Michigan.
- The project coordinator fulfils two major responsibilities
- The coordinator is the first point of contact for community partners, duties include making initial contact, building trust and coordinating conversations, position serves as the lead contact for the center, representing its core values and institutional mission.
- The project coordinator serves as the liaison between the partner communities and the center’s team of volunteer and staff facilitators,
- The coordinator will assist staff with interview question formation, revision, and delivery and disbursement to the facilitators, the coordinator works closely with staff to connect community members with interview facilitators and may serve as an interview facilitator in the field. The coordinator also ensures that facilitators meet training, processes and best-practices, and provide a comfortable and meaningful experience for participants.,
- Attend the training offered in partnership, training will provide an overview of the program and provide details of the interview process, including interview best practices and hands-on practice using the recording equipment,
- Reach targeted communities in consultation with staff by initiating conversations, building trust and communicating the goals of the project through one-one-one meetings with organizations and individuals, community forums and participation at community events,
- Work with the team to develop and implement the project logistics, including developing interview questions, creating processes and training facilitators,
- Connect community members to facilitators by working with staff to schedule interviews, and conduct story collection events,
- Serves as the lead facilitator that conducts interviews in the field.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
