Government Authority located Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Sanitary Sewer Computerized Maintenance Management System.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Sanitary Sewer Computerized Maintenance Management System including all installation, training, annual fees, and the recommended vendor maintenance agreement and support service for a fully functioning and ready to use CMMS software package, Optional service support and
software upgrade.
- The previous software recording through use of HAC Job CAL is no longer viable or functioning. Records from this system are no longer accessible. Data for transfer will be from records supplied excel spreadsheet. Work order forms are currently manual handwritten documents.
- The new CMMS system will be capable of recording inventory, data, maintenance records, parts, dates of rehabilitation, preventative maintenance and correction measures scheduled. Equipment, components and parts will be tracked with location, age, serial number and history.
- The software will be required to accommodate amperage reading of system grinder pumps
for monitoring purposes.
- The new CMMS system must be composed of a set of integrated modules offered by the
Bidder.
- The new CMMS will be required to have available capacity to accommodate the Township’s
future growth or be able to easily expand. Additional capacity should be planned with the
product at delivery.
- The new CMMS system must be compatible of interfacing with the Township’s soon to be
purchased handheld field tablets and cellular phones used by file staff in collecting data.
- The new CMMS must have a two-way interface with the Billing Dept’s CIS/Advanced
Software
- The new CMMS must have a Non-Geocentric interface with the Utility’s ArcGIS System
- The new CMMS must be address based and not customer based
- The selected CMMS software must already be already in use and have been successfully
implemented in several other organizations similar in size, requirements, and function
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
