Vendor needs to provide audio visual services to the government authority located in North Ann Arbor, MI.
- Designed to assist with design, renovations, remodels, repairs, service, programming, and maintenance of media systems in new and existing facilities,
- Include the following: design, installation, programming, training, materials and labor to provide a turnkey audio-visual solution for various offices, conference rooms, courtrooms, multipurpose rooms and meeting rooms,
- Includes simple conference rooms with switching to large multi room conference facilities with advanced display and source options, ip based video visitation, board rooms with advanced video switching and production capabilities including standard high definition broadcast and streaming capabilities, and court rooms which employ video conferencing, presentation systems, multi-image processing and digital signage, employs equipment and technologies supplied by the following manufacturers: ross video, Biamp, Crestron, Kramer, Extron, amx, polycom, marshal, dalite, leightronics, shure, cisco, juniper, hp, Toshiba, Christie, crown, sharp, nec, clearone,
- Project and solution investigation: develop project scope, identify project requirements, review the existing facility infrastructure, locate, quote product and labor costs etc.
- Review material and technology options with county staff: consist of review of technology, design, submitted quotes and materials options etc.
