(1) Vendor needs to provide correctional health care services for inmates and to define the cost of services, possess demonstrable experience in the correctional health care services field for the transportation and care of inmates at the health care provider of another mutually accepted medical care facility or specialty clinic, emergency services and treatment, ancillary services, dental care, laboratory and radiological services, medical records, pharmaceutical and medical supplies, special medical program, mental health program to the government authority located in Port Huron, MI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 24, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
