[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide integrate medicaid physical-behavioral health services for maximize efficiencies, minimize unnecessary costs, and achieve material increases in behavioral health services without increases in overall Medicaid spending for information and input regarding the improved integration and coordination of behavioral health and physical health services for Medicaid enrollees,
- Integration of behavioral health and physical health to better serve those who we have taken a responsibility to care for by improving their overall health and reducing cost,
- Achieve overall savings on the behavioral health side as well as the physical health side by reducing emergency room visits, inpatient admissions and catastrophic care,
- Implementation of a medical records exchange system to the government authority located in Michigan.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 17, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
