[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide On Premise Digital PBX Solution will provide a digital phone system with new phones, voicemail to email functionality, caller identification, E911 capability, auto attendant, music on hold, phone paging capabilities, GUI interface for system administration reporting and training for primary and administrative users. To build upon the primary goal, an on-premise system is desired utilizing either PRI or SIP.
1. Voicemail with email notification
2. Thirty-eight (38) IP self-labelling desk wall phones
3. Five (5) IP console phones
4. Music on hold
5. Phone paging capabilities
6. Provision for analog lines for fax, fire and cooler alarms
7. If proposing SIP system include dedicating trunking costs separately in quote, if applicable
8. If proposing PRI system include costs separately in quote, if applicable
9. Reporting capabilities with GUI interface for administrators
10. Include detailed description of available warranties of the system, along with terms and costs
11. The COA On-Premise Digital PBX Solution must be fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and specifically as it relates to governmental services.
12. The proposal shall include the procedure to be used for testing and validation of the COA On-Premise Digital PBX Solution prior to its final endorsement.
13. The proposal shall include a description of any training materials that will be provided to the County for use by end users of the COA On-Premise Digital PBX Solution.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 7, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
