Vendor needs to provide comprehensive branding and marketing strategy services.
- Conduct research with regards to current zoning and provide potential end users for marketing campaign,
- Conduct research into barriers, real or perceived, that prevent investors from considering grand blanc township for commercial development,
- Develop a logo that reflects the economic vitality,
- Develop marketing materials to be used in a business attraction campaign to assist master developers in attracting appropriate investment,
- Create a Strategic Plan that includes objectives that articulate the vision, defines markets and promotional opportunities, and advise on ongoing strategies to maintain messaging,
- Develop a plan for ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of the Strategic Plan and reporting the results.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
