[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning services using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in PDF and TIFF format.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 200,000 pages containing land records and other sensitive documents and 48,000 pages of large scale engineering drawings.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference call will be held on May 8, 2019.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than May 13, 2019.
