[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide payroll and human resources information system for manage vacation, sick and personal leave accruals, system automatically updates for tax law changes, ability to handle external inputs, capability to reissue incorrect check, allow to issue and print manual checks and issue debt cards onsite, handle taxable fringe benefits, capability to view and generate web-based check stubs, ability to view payroll before processing, able to handle different holidays for different work rules, real time internet access to check daily attendance, capable of viewing and generating various payroll reports that show weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly employee information, capable of viewing and generating various payroll reports that show monthly activity, pay, report and manage taxes and have the ability to generate various weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to all entities, allow for employees to have self-service options available through the web and smart devices, able to track time off accruals and allow for request for vacation, personal leave and sick time and managers to either approve or deny those requests, send email or other notifications to supervisors to alert them to when an employee arrives late, leaves early, or is nearing overtime and allows for approval with notes.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 7, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing via email no later than May 14, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
