Government Authority located in Cadillac, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for information technology managed services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology managed services to serve as a
business partner in the delivery of managed IT services to the government authority located in Cadillac, MI.
- Service Desk Support:
Currently, the CITY logs an average of forty (40) support calls per month. The inhouse service desk team supports 74 full time CITY employees with a total of sixty-one (61) PCs.
1. Vendor shall provide end user and backend application support. The Vendor will enter into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) meeting business needs as outlined by the CITY. Support can be received via phone, e-mail, or desktop management software.
2. Vendor Support technicians must possess relevant knowledge, certifications, manuals, and troubleshooting guides in order to determine if the issue can be resolved at their level or if the issue needs to be escalated to a Level II/III.
3. Vendor shall provide monthly status reports when requested, detailing the services provided. Reports must include a narrative of the provided service(s) and time spent for resolution.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 17, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
