[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide external auditor services to perform an audit of its basic financial statements included within the comprehensive annual financial report, a federal single audit, a separate audited financial statement for the water fund and a separate audited financial statement for the sewage disposal fund, regarding required supplementary information based upon the auditing procedures applied during the audit of the basic financial statements to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on April 30, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 3, 2019.
(4) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
