[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide recruitment video production services.
• Assist with concept and creative development.
• Provide timeline for milestones and deliverables.
• Schedule and plan an initial kick-off meeting to discuss project expectations, communication preferences, milestones, and deliverables and to approve timeline.
• Schedule and finalize pre-production tasks to include scripting, storyboards, location scouting, production schedule, and other related logistics.
• Direct, record, and produce all narration, interviews, drone footage, and b-roll.
• Complete all aspects of post-production to include editing, colour correction, music fees and licensing, and digital delivery.
• Produce and deliver a two-three-minute video for the purpose of recruiting new employees for the city.
• Produce and deliver 30-60 second variations to be used for social media.
• Provide comprehensive project management to include regular communication with designated city staff.
• Attend project status meetings and conference calls with designated city staff as requested.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
