[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual equipment for classroom to the government authority located in Rochester, MI.
- Speakers, super plate, portable programmable display receiver, universal rack mounting kit, stationary transmitter, interactive pen display, laser projector, wireless microphone system, freedom one desk, keyboard tray, monitor arm
- Spectrum furniture will be awarded as an entire package, not per item
- Spectrum items can be delivered to shipping and receiving directly
- Only 1 desk so no need for alternate considerations or lift gate service
- All other non-Spectrum furniture items may be awarded by the individual part
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 24, 2019.
