[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide campus master planning services to update its campus master plan, integrating the colleges strategic plan with a campus-wide space analysis and space needs assessment to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI.
- Campus space use analysis and space needs assessment
- An energy and sustainability analysis
- Review the College campus utility infrastructure plan and provide a plan to correct deficiencies and allow expansion
- Development of a campus master plan document
- Campus master plan graphics in hard copy and electronic forms
- Individual project identification for new and renovated buildings, grounds, and parking
- Accessibility and transportation analysis for pedestrians, bicycles, vehicles, and public transportation
- Land use plan to identify potential future building sites and their use including floor plan and massing
- Land acquisition plan, identifying areas near the campuses that may allow future campus growth
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 6, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
