[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign services using Drupal content management system.
- Increase student recruitment and retention.
- Tell the story of GRCC’s impact in our community.
- Incorporate the Academic Pathways curriculum model into our navigation.
- Create a positive, updated user experience
- To increase student recruitment and retention
- To help students, faculty, staff, and community learn about our institution’s impact on our community through education, and improve access to our educational services
- New homepage design implementation.
- New website design and navigation implementation
- Templates that are secure
- Provide interactive templates and design examples for GRCC to use in conducting UX testing on audience
- Assist with organized implementation, meeting checkpoint dates and accountability
- Oversee the graphic design implementation and have website ready for content transfer
- Design and implement a dynamic search function.
- Design webpage templates, content types, and built-in web editor workflows
- Redesign homepage with a focus on story telling
- Work with the College to design new external-facing website so the college may prepare to implement a future portal or intranet.
- Program Drupal and work with an implementation vendor to deliver and program designs
- Design website navigation with a marketing focus on higher education user experience and best practices
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 30, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
