[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide interior painting services including interior walls, ceilings, door frames, baseboard to the government authority located in Livonia, MI.
- P&R desk, Baseboard only, brochure rack to hallway door.
- Office Hallway-rec desk to 1st door- Baseboard and door frames –
- Rec Desk wall touch up. purple
- Door frames Sr. lounge, kid quarters and Mercy Elite.
- Front desk rest room entrance white.
- Concessions –vending area face off- yellow
- Gym wall 10ft. above dasher boards on East and West walls. 10 ft. Above dasher boards on North and south walls.
- Back atrium area. Baseboard only, elevator cubbie, payphone, locker area, behind equipment desk, to glass door, along main gym to climbing wall include electrical conduit case at equipment desk. Terracotta, yellow and green.
- Climbing Wall-under pegboard wall to window-terracotta
- Equipment Desk-gym window bottom 3 frames-terracotta
- Lobby party room 1 window frame bottom 3 frames only. Cream
- Tree fort exterior – first 10 feet. Up from floor. Yellow from Tree fort to beginning of stairs. Pillar included by coat rack. Include coat rack area. Lobby area TV wall and Pillar full wall.
(2) A walk through will be held on May 7, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
