Government Authority located in Commerce Township, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for owner’s representative services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide owner’s representative services to the government authority located in Commerce Township, MI.
- Expanding the size and number of garage bays to bays.
- Expanding the driveway areas to allow for greater parking and the easier maneuvering of fire
apparatus.
- Expanding the parking areas around the facility.
- Adding offices.
- Building training rooms to accommodate people.
- Addition of storage areas.
- Addition of compressor room.
- Building an outdoor training tower.
- Improvements to living areas for firefighters, including kitchen, dorms, and exercise rooms.
- Confirm the project schedule, arranging the time required for the design development, bidding,
construction and move-in and start-up phases
- Monitor architect’s progress through the design process
- Assist the architect, construction manager and general contractor, interior designer and
other vendors in the ongoing value-engineering process to identify alternative construction
methods or materials, reducing cost and construction time
- Assist in providing multiple constructability reviews and assist the architect and construction
manager and general contractor in the process of preparing cost analyses
- Assist in determining specifications for major long lead equipment such as air handling units;
emergency generators, electrical transformers and switchgear.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 24, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
