[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide property maintenance services for create any legal obligation on the part of the Treasurer, or any respondents, property clean out and clean‐up of vacant lots, and boards of vacant properties, clean‐out of vacant properties, including removal of trash and debris from site either by hauling away or by throwing in rented dumpster, hauling dumped tires, furniture or other large debris items to dump or recycler and board‐up of vacant properties to prevent casual entry to the government authority located in Cincinnati, MI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 9, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
