[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advisory council grant return and investment impact study services for evaluation but needs to be supplemented with additional measures to ensure a robust and nuanced evaluation approach, student programming; or project-based experiential learning; or educator professional learning, identify how many students have been in a course taught by a teacher that has gone through a council supported program, help determine the return on investment of these programs while also reporting whether access, participation, and representation of all and by all students and learners is prominent, an evaluation design that includes the data mining and collection process, milestones that ensure delivery of the three reports, detailed alignment to a future view that supports use of data for actionable continuous improvement, budget that is clearly defined, competitive, and contains expenses associated with each requested report and able to compare structures of implementation and make recommendations as to promising practices and best practices that may become required parts of implementation in the future to the government authority located in Michigan.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 11, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
