Vendor needs to provide effective advancement of digital technologies training tools for construction field operations through education and training to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.
- Assess MDOT construction field operations work force knowledge and experience in the areas of 3D technology, project PDFs and assets management.
Evaluate and identify training tools for effective and sustainable development of core competencies necessary in various work areas throughout the department
- asset management and construction field operation staff to develop and integrate e-reference guides and training curriculum.
- Develop recommendations for the department strategic plan to increase knowledge, buy-in, and create a culture of inclusion with the subject matter at all levels within the department.
- Onsite training of MDOT staff, manuals and/or e reference guides for training, training schemes use of webinars, power point presentations and workshops using teleconferencing or reduce travel cost.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
