[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide career counseling and information and referral services to individuals throughout the state currently employed in a sub-minimum wage category to the government authority located in Michigan.
- Coordinate referrals accept completed referrals of individuals employed at sub-minimum wage from employers, schedule dates to deliver services and provide career counseling and information and referral services, present the basic career counseling and information and referral services PowerPoint to sub-minimum wage employees, maintain a preapproved database of all employees referred by employers.
- Present the career counseling and information and referral services PowerPoint to schedule group presentations at employer sites Group sizes are to be no more than 50 employees per presentation, guardians and family members may be present but are not required to attend and allow for a question and answer period following each presentation.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 16, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
