[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide energy management information solution as a SaaS, consulting support to guide the design of the solution, project management, implementation, integration, configuration, testing, training, documentation and customer support and optional on-demand services.
- Solution must allow for automated data collection, analysis, alerts, and reporting in 15-minute intervals, solution must be expandable, allowing meters to be added as they are network-enabled over time,
- Automated collection of data from hundreds of meter systems will allow frequent, near real-time analysis of meter readings and enable early discovery of problems where free-flow energy leaks may be occurring,
- The proposed solution shall also include bill tracking ability to create an invoice; track invoices, and payments over time.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 11, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 25, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
