[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide field inspections system to manage all field inspection activity for retailers, organizations, bingos, charity game tickets, special charity games, raffles, halls and suppliers of the State.
- System shall serve as a replacement and enhancement to the current capstone application that
manages field inspection activity, system shall provide the ability to perform remote inspections while maintaining inspection data in a central repository, system shall provide a mechanism to store inspection information, system shall provide the ability to synchronize offline inspection data with CGIS database, system shall provide a mechanism to search the CGIS database, system shall provide a mechanism to prepopulate forms with data from CGIS database, system shall provide a mechanism to allow for the tracking of charity gaming complaints, system shall provide a mechanism to create an inspection report, system shall provide a mechanism that allows authorized users the ability to generate periodic statistics reporting of inspection activity, system shall provide the ability to track number of new annual licenses, system shall provide the ability to track number of meetings, system shall provide the ability to facilitate tracking meeting attendance, system shall provide a mechanism for inspection staff and management to access inspection assignment lists, system shall provide a mechanism to capture remote inspection data, system shall provide a means to track and take action on various subtypes such as: active tags, warnings, violations, system shall provide a mechanism to store organization information, system shall provide a mechanism to store license information, system shall provide a mechanism to store halls information, when closing out an annual large bingo or charity game ticket license, the system shall require the inspector to indicate whether or not the closeout was successfully completed, licensee must have the ability to complete and submit a permanent license closing form electronically, system shall allow for the activation date to be entered for a new annual license when training has been successfully completed, system shall provide a mechanism to indicate that records have been confiscated system shall provide a mechanism to allow the inspector to categorize work hours by activity type.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 15, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
