[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information system to obtain a description of custom off the shelf products to manage all licensing and enforcement activities for retailers, organizations, bingos, charity game tickets, special charity games, raffles, halls and suppliers of the state.
- Information System that will have the following features maintain an audit trail of all actions, allow user to generate mass correspondence, system response time for displaying and updating data shall not exceed 3 seconds, must have the ability to transmit, store and receive, complete and submit forms in an electronic format, system must share common data to eliminate redundancies, must include a GIS component/add-on, provide search capabilities on data, provide a means to capture an accounting of individual license revenues and expenses, provide inventory trending tools to aid with inventory management, allow suppliers to place orders electronically, must interface with the existing lottery accounting system: great plains, provide an ad-hoc reporting tool for users to create customized reports, supports online submission of forms and applications, accepts forms of online payment, system has the ability to electronically image any paper documents, stores document images in a central repository, must allow user retrieval of electronic images, provides search capabilities on multiple case information, system and network access will be monitored and tracked, support an inspection and compliance program; creation of inspectors, districts, assignments,
inspection reporting.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 15, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
