Government Authority located in Allegan, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for video surveillance and intercom system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video surveillance and intercom system includes the following to the government authority located in Allegan, MI.
- The youth home has separate video surveillance and room intercom systems that are both aging and in need of replacement
- Contractor shall procure and install a new system that displays and records 24-hour video surveillance monitoring for the indoor and outdoor areas as specified in exhibit a unless otherwise determined and agreed to by the county during the final design review of the project.
- System shall be capable of, and allow administrative users to configure recording frame rates between 8 and 30 frames per second independently for each camera
- System shall allow administrative users to configure each camera to record continuously or only upon motion detection. when configured to record on motion, system shall use a camera or dvr based memory buffer to capture at least the previous 3 seconds of video prior to the motion event that triggered recording
- System shall be capable of detecting loss of camera connectivity and dvr recording failure with email notification sent to specified system administrators noting the issue.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 9, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 10, 2019.
(4) The term of the contract shall be five years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
