[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio video and security upgrades to the government authority located in Portland, MI.
- The audio and video systems in the building shall consist of classroom audio and video systems, conference room audio and video systems, paging and bell system, large room audio and video systems
- Access control system: provide and install all equipment and servers and software required
- Install all cabling required connect each door to the security panels
- Install new cabling for all existing card readers and electrified door hardware, remove
existing cabling at each door.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 28, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 5, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
