Government Authority located in Waterford, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for property restoration services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide property restoration services to the government authority located in Waterford, MI.
- Shall restore and clean contents of buildings including deodorization, disinfection, packing, heated and secured storage, and ultrasonic cleaning
- Shall provide electronics diagnosis and restoration of equipment and warranty services after completion of restoration
- Shall perform document restoration services.
- Shall implement cleaning utilizing ozone rooms as necessary
- Shall respond to catastrophic fire, soot and smoke damage. Services include, but are not limited to, duct cleaning and inspection, deodorization, cleaning, structure and content cleaning and restoration
- Shall continually clean a building during a communicable disease outbreak
- Shall clean and restore areas damaged by water, meeting industry approved and city standards
- This includes the use of specialized dehumidification equipment, capacity drying systems and equipment that allows the ability to establish and monitor drying thresholds or parameters
- Shall provide licensed construction services necessary to implement effective remediation or
reconstruction of damaged areas
- Services include, but are not limited to, drywall and plaster, floor covering, duct cleaning and sealing, paint and wallpaper
- Shall inspect and evaluate a situation and provide the city a recommended course of action.
- Shall respond simultaneously to multiple events on the city campus
- Shall provide services 24 hours a day, seven days a week including holidays

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
