[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide motor coach transportation services to the government authority located in Mackinaw, MI.
- Provide a properly licensed driver and a 55-passenger coach with restroom
- Contractor must arrange its own lodging and meals as-needed
- Contractor shall arrive on-site 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time and load luggage for passengers
- Contractor shall arrive on-site one hour prior to scheduled departure time to load luggage for passengers
- Stop for lunch in Frankenmuth for an hour at approximately 12:00 p.m. on 10/24/19
- Arrive at the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center between 6-6:30 p.m. on 10/24/19 and unload luggage for passengers
(2) Contract period will be for one year.
