Government Authority located in Dearborn, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for third party air monitoring services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party air monitoring services must be completely independent of all asbestos abatement contractors involved with each of the individual asbestos projects to the government authority located in Dearborn, MI.
- Project monitor will be an established firm with experienced monitors that will work under the direction of a certified industrial hygienist and they will serve as the on- site representative of the owner to oversee asbestos abatement work and ensure that the work is performed in accordance with specifications and in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
- Verify daily that all Workers used in the performance of the Project are certified by the appropriate regulatory agency
- Verify that the Contractor is performing personal air monitoring daily, and that results are being returned and posted at the site as required
- The project monitor has the authority to stop work at any time when conditions are not within the specifications or applicable regulations and the stoppage of work shall continue until conditions have been corrected to the satisfaction of the project monitor or owner
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 15, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 20, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
