[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide general legal services in particular general counsel, auto and general liability, Review and/or draft contracts, in whole or in part, and activities incidental or related there to, including, but not necessarily limited to, real-estate transactions, interlocal agreements, labor agreements, professional services, purchasing, service or product contracts, as requested, represent and defend the agency in the administration of all claims and litigation including but not limited auto or general liability, auto torts or claims filed by or against it, guidance and advice on employment related personnel matters and promptly return all calls and emails from the board of directors and staff to the government authority located in Flint, MI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 18, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
