[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide youth camp registration phone system upgrade for our Cisco phone system. We would like to stay with Cisco, so we are not looking at other manufacturers. System is virtualized in VMware presently. Relevant report excerpts are below. Please note any phone models that will be unsupported following a software upgrade.
- Most of our users have a phone with voicemail. Several phones are shared by multiple employees in a single office. The majority of phones are 7960s. We have 2N video intercoms at building entrances connected with a Cisco video phone in the office. We also have analog adapters for fax machines throughout the district.
-We are also interested in licensing Informa cast Advanced edition with perpetual licensing for approximately 250 phones and computer endpoints.
- The project depends on the district securing adequate funding, depending on the final bids. Grant funding is a potential source, and moving forward might be contingent upon award of the grant.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
