[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide general planning consultant services to the government authority located in Wayne, MI.
- Planning Review - Prepare written reviews and recommendations regarding, non- residential site plans and some residential site plans, rezoning, variances, vacations, land divisions and special exception permits as requested. Reviews of single-family residential site plans are generally provided by the building official but familiarity with residential requirements is desirable.
- Ordinance Amendments - Prepare updates and amendments to the city’s code of ordinance.
- Zoning Map - Maintain the map and coordinate updates as needed.
- Special Projects - Work on special projects as requested, such as conceptual plans and analysis. Coordinate with county, state and other local and regional agencies regarding the city’s plans for rezoning and development.
- Meetings - Prepare the agendas and information packets for each meeting, this will include planning recommendations, public notice requirements, agendas, minutes and follow-up communications.
- Other professional services and general assistance - Provide general, day-to-day assistance to the city on general planning, zoning and downtown issues via phone or e-mail.
