[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide parking meters, pay stations, mobile payment applications, and other related service to provide comprehensive paid parking services to ability of the city to manage rates, spaces, time-frames and other administrative functions, integration with ticketing software and ability to offer online ticket payment, the aesthetic of the hardware to be installed, the requirements of installation (need for power, mounting methods, etc), longevity of the equipment and the degree to which the equipment has a proven quality record in cold and snowy installations, warranties, speed of service technicians, and ability to order replacement parts, the integration of equipment vehicle sensing technology to automatically indicate when lots or spaces are full and also the ability to price parking on-demand; the city may choose to add these capabilities in the future, costs including installation, on-going maintenance, and operation and the financing or leasing of meters including operation of meetings by the vendor under license to the city.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
