[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide contract attorney circuit court family division services statements of qualification from individuals who can provide specialized legal representation for youth and families who come under the jurisdiction of the court, legal representation of youth who have been charged with juvenile delinquency crimes and status offenses, families, guardians, and other interested parties who are involved in neglect abuse proceedings, post-adjudication hearings such as probation violations, status reviews, permanency planning, dispositional reviews, etc, interested parties who are seeking a parental waiver through the family court, other family court matters that are deemed appropriate by the judge or court administration, all cases will be evenly assigned by the Court among the four contract attorneys. the four attorneys will work as a team to coordinate coverage for vacations, sick days, or any other absences to the government authority located in Port Huron, MI.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
