[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide printing and mailing services of the 2019-2021 assessment change notices to the government authority located in Dearborn, MI.
i) Printing of approximately 35,000 (thirty-five-thousand) 2019-2021 assessment change notices and approximately 35,000 (thirty-five-thousand) carrier envelopes.
ii) Fold Assessment Change Notice to show addressee’s name and address in window.
iii) Insert notices into the pre-printed envelopes.
iv) Mail shall be carrier route sorted and placed in trays.
v) Postage will be pre-paid to the vendor in advance of mail drop.
(2) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
