[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide facility security systems assessment solutions and services to the government authority located in Adrian, MI.
- The project will focus on facility access control, intrusion detection, fire and other emergency conditions detection, visitor management and first responder access.
- Monitoring and Alerting; real-time door status, facilities dashboard, air quality monitoring, automatic facilities safety procedures
- Visitor Management; real-time monitoring and reporting to identifying who is in a facility quickly and accurately.
- First Responder Access; ability to alert Fire, Police and give them the ability to control the system from anywhere.
- Security; improve security through automatic software updates and online best practice security requirements.
- Efficiency; integrate existing systems into a single platform allowing for future integrations with best practice standards (RESTFUL API, Webservices and IoT) and leveraging multiple integrated systems to maximize functionality.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 14, 2018.
