[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recruitment marketing consulting services for on an as-needed basis for cost-plus mark-up on sub-contracted services and cost-plus mark-up on rented equipment.
- to assist with the development of content and publications and to provide as-needed consulting services associated with branding and recruiting efforts.
Provide consulting and marketing services that will assist with fulfilling with achieving the following goals and requirements
- Content Marketing
- Identify a content strategy in line with industry and recruitment trends for our target audience
- Determine what content is needed and what platforms should be used
- Develop and edit content for new and existing publications
- Employer Branding
- Build a fresh look/theme to be used as a platform for future projects such as banners, cards, web, social media etc.
- Social (media) Recruiting:
- Utilize social media to maximize our qualified applicant pool
- Consultant may be asked to assist with projects beyond the scope of recruitment and branding on an as-needed basis.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
