[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media consulting, planning, buying and stewardship services for media planning, buying, billing and post-analysis expertise within traditional,
- including but not limited to, weekly telephone conversations and monthly meetings with UCM and local media suppliers,
- Experience in using/conducting market research to inform and shape marketing and media-mix recommendations,
- A proven track record of developing and executing an integrated media strategy consisting of various platforms, including, but not limited to paid search, display, mobile, outdoor advertising, print, radio and streaming services and grassroots with the ability to negotiate significant added value for minimal cost, focus should be primarily with higher education or other relevant brands
digital and social media categories,
- Provide strategic consulting recommendations on emerging media trends, including but not limited to: search-engine marketing, programmatic, mobile, social media, Google tag manager analytics, marketing automation and content strategy relating to digital media,
- To develop an annual, budget-based, strategic, integrated advertising plan for central university recruiting and individual department advertising and marketing needs,
- Leverage limited marketing resources, identifying, negotiating and purchasing high-impact, lowest cost per acquisition media/marketing opportunities,
(2) A pre-bid conference will be for November 30, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
