- Furnish and install the new Wonderware Software.
- Test the existing points before beginning the conversion to validate that all the existing points are operational.
- Install the new software on the existing PLC.
- Install the new software on 16 workstations and monitors.
- Develop the new program with screen shots which are almost identical to the existing.
- Test all points to assure all work upon completion.
- Train staff on the operations of the new software.
- Provide video and binder of all training and operational items for future Sheriff staffing.
