[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide unified telephone system with an on-premise based unified communications system. The Authority has developed a generic specification for a premise-based telephone system to meet the authority need.
- On-premise based telephone system for a single site – 5 telephones are required
- Automatic Call Distribution
-  Automatic Call Recording recordings stored for a minimum 30 days
- Remote telephony through smart phone app
- Installation and configuration of the telephone system
- All hardware and software for a fully functional telephone system
- All licenses required for system to be fully functional
(2) The contract term will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
